Coach Hileman and the Midwest Prospects enter the 12u Super Select with a record of 18-5 in 2017. The MWP regional team have a tournament championship and tournament runner-up finish on their resume in 2017 already. Last season, the Prospects finished with a 47-14 record and won four championships at the 11u level. Pitching and defense have led the Prospects to a successful start in 2017 and their lineup is solid throughout. The Midwest Prospects will rely on a total team effort to compete all weekend for an opportunity at a 12u Super Select championship.
