  • Tournament play allowed to resume following all Facility tournament guidelines from “Return to Play Guidelines”
  • Follow all Facility Guidelines for Practice from “Return to Play Guidelines”
  • Up to 250 participants, coaches, and spectators allowed per field

Return to Play Guidelines

General Guidelines Required for Teams 

  • Health Check: All teams will monitor the health of Players and Parents including having access to a forehead thermotropy scanner to check temp. A supply will be available at fields in the event there is concern after arrival.  Parents and coaches will be responsible to ensure that all players are free from any symptoms of sickness.
  • Delayed Entry: Teams shall not enter the park until 30 minutes prior to their scheduled start time.
  • NO TOUCH RULE: All Players will no longer “High Five Players” or fist bump. Tip of Cap recommended at conclusion of games.  
  • EQUIPMENT:  All Players should use their own equipment during the course of the game or practice.
  • PLAYER DISTANCING:  All Players should space themselves as much as possible during warmups. All Players when not playing will be appropriately spaced on bench, behind dugout and so forth.
  • COACH DISTANCING:  Coaches will maintain appropriate distancing during umpire meeting, when communicating with players, and in dugouts.
  • FAN DISTANCING:  Any parents or observers will follow social distancing guidelines when watching the game. We recommend fans wear a mask or facial covering for the safety of all.
  • FACILITY COMPLIANCE: Any facility used for an event will follow all health regulations including but not limited to food items, worker cleanliness and protection, and restroom sanitizing.
  • STAY SAFE PROTOCOL: Maintain social distancing from the time we get out of the car to the time we leave. Everyone is looking forward to SAFELY getting back on the field.  Accordingly, from warming up, to spacing during pre-game drills, to team meetings, to spacing on the bench, to fans spreading out, we will make every effort to follow all guidelines and Incorporate the New Norm so we can get back to baseball. Play Ball!

Facility Guidelines for Practice

  • Adhere to all Current state and local guidelines regarding Social Gatherings 
  • Email All General Requirements to coaches and encourage all legal guardians to review
  • Post Practices Guidelines Throughout Campus
    • Masks are Encouraged for players
    • No sharing of drinks or food
    • No sunflower Seeds
    • No high fiving, fist bumps  
    • No sharing of equipment 
    • Team huddles must maintain social distancing 
    • Coaches encourage to wear masks 
    • Spectators encouraged to wear masks 
  • Post Social Distancing and Hand washing signage throughout campus
  • Clean every dugout after each activity 
    • Dugout sanitation will include Electrostatic Fogger
  • Provide Hand Sanitizer throughout the campus
  • Monitor parking lots to prevent any mass gatherings 
  • Bleachers to Remain Closed 
  • Allow Extra time In between activities 
  • Restrooms to be sanitized regularly 
  • Request teams strictly monitor the health of all participants showing signs of fever or Illness must be excused and kept from all team activities.

Facility Tournament Guidelines

  • Email and post all guidelines for all coaches, legal guardians, spectators, and athletes to see
  • Follow all local and state guidelines, Including those for the exchanging of money at the gate, concessions, vendors, and potential cashless payment processes, where feasible. Ensure all staff are equipped according to protocols.
  • Sanitize dugouts 
  • Encourage spectators to be members of household

  • Umpire locker rooms will be limited or closed
