The Indiana Nitro send their 13u Gold team to compete in the loaded 13u Super Select division. Led by Coach Jeff Cleckner, the Nitro enter the event with a 17-2 record, fresh off a May Slugfest championship a few weeks back. This Nitro Gold team has won three tournaments so far in 2017. The pitching staff carries a 1.85 ERA and is led by Luke Willmann (16IP, 3-0, 23K) and Keaton Mahan (12IP, 2-1, 18K). The offense is generating on average 10 runs per game through the first nineteen games and is led by Ethan Depinet (.500BA, .781SLG) and Willmann (.480BA, .932SLG). The Nitro will look to add their second championship in May here at the park by continuing to play good baseball through Sunday.
