The Cangelosi Sparks arrive to the Super Select with a record of 11-3 on the season. The Cangelosi team last year in the event went 3-2 and lost in the quarterfinals to the eventual runner up of the 13u division. The Sparks recently went 4-1 in the PBR Hall of Fame Prospect games. The Sparks are led on the mound by Trent Garrett (13IP, 1.61 ERA, 15K) and Matt Michaels (8IP, 0.00 ERA, 8K). The offensive attack is led by Jared Comia (.440, 2 2B, 3 HR, 12 RBI) and Ryan Moerman (.611, 1 HR, 5 RBI). This is a veteran team that plays consistently solid baseball and will need to continue to do so to move further in the championship bracket from where they finished last year.
